Coconut Grove is Miami’s oldest neighborhood with a tropical vibe. It is also known as the ‘Sailing Capital of Miami’, with a history in maritime and multiple sailing and boating areas. Coconut Grove is also home to many cultural gems like the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens or the annual Arts Festival.

Coconut Grove Sailing Club – The Coconut Grove Sailing Club was established in 1946 to encourage sailing, and foster a fellowship with its members. Today, the CGSC provides sailing education and race management programs to benefit and continue to grow the sailing community. The clubhouse is located near CocoWalk, on Bayshore Drive and McFarlane Road.

Coconut Grove Arts Festival – The Coconut Grove Arts Festival is an annual festival taking place in early Spring. Both local artists and international artists bring their work to the festival and visitors can enjoy a variety of food from celebrity and local chefs in addition to live music. The festival is family-friendly and open-air, usually along Bayshore Drive next to Biscayne Bay.

Cocowalk – Cocowalk is a reimagined, open-air shopping mall inspired by tropical gardens and the beauty of Coconut Grove. Visitors enjoy biophillic architecture of the urban village and browse indie boutiques and eateries in this iconic outdoor mall.
